Services

City Surveyors Darwin provides professional land surveying services including boundary surveys, detail surveys, subdivision surveys, construction setout, and related services across Darwin and New South Wales.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless specified. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ significantly from the information provided at the time of quoting.

Site Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring we have safe and legal access to the property for survey work. This includes arranging access with neighbours if required and securing any animals that may pose a risk to our staff.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Survey plans and data will be released upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the services provided. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by the Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (BOSSI).

Intellectual Property

Survey plans and data remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the survey data for the purposes specified in the engagement.
